Formerly operating as a 4.5 star B&B, this separate part of the house is now available as Share Accommodation.

The owner undertakes to provide the best possible environment to allow each tenant to prosper both academically and in their social and personal development. To achieve this and to comply with the Residential Services provisions, the owner has some basic House Rules and Special Conditions that tenants must be aware of.

The Share Accommodation consist of two furnished private rooms each with: a comfortable single bed, a desk, chair, storage facilities, air conditioning, garden view, bathroom ensuite and WiFi.

Private outdoor on site car parking for each tenant available.

Share facilities: lounge with tv, dvd, music, fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool, laundry facilities and garden.

Location: Currimundi - Caloundra, Sunshine Coast South, 90 km north of Brisbane, Queensland.

A quit and green surrounding at the Currimundi Lake, 1.5km from the beach, with shops, a bus stop to e.g. the University of the Sunshine Coast, a gym,  50m and 25m lap swimming pool and an Olympic size rowing lake all around the corner.

We are an European corporate sportive family of 3, one child of 12 years old and we love travelling. Our house consists of 2 separate parts underneath one roof. You don't share lounge, kitchen etc. with us as family but with the other tenant. We've got our own kitchen, lounge, etc.

Rent: $700 per 4 weeks

Minimum period of stay: 3 months

Optional at additional costs:

• WiFi connection: tenants shares the internet connection with the owner and the other room tenant. The connection speed is 1500k/256k with a maximum download quota of 10GB per tenant. Costs: $20 per 4 weeks
• Laundry: use of washing machine and dryer of owners. Costs: $7.50 per week. Coin laundry facilities available in the area if preferred
• Linen set for sale: Cost: $100 once (1 fitted sheet,1 sheet, 1 pillow cover small, 1 pillow cover big,1 dunna cover)
• Towel set for sale. Cost: $ 50 once (2 pool towels, 2 white towels, 2 face washers, 1 bath mat)

No pets - No smoking inside - No overnight guests
