- We are a small business and cancellations greatly affect us. A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking; - The balance is to be paid on arrival; - Deposits are transferable up to 15 days prior to arrival (less $30 cancellation fee); - Bookings cancelled less than 15 days prior to check-in will forfeit the deposit; - A cancellation fee of $30 applies to all refunds; - Once you have arrived, no refunds are available if you decide to shorten your stay; - Extra person(s) in the room on request; - We apologise that pets cannot be accommodated.
